In the mid-90s, as a successful musician & chart-topping songwriter,
Andreas enjoyed the great privilege of touring on stage with music legends.
Travelling for extensive periods of time gave him valuable insight into all aspects of tour operations
and artist requirements, and also helped him form deep friendships and alliances with industry contacts.
has always been a fledgling idea in the back of his mind throughout these years,
and it was to this end that he sought to solidify his business knowledge, obtaining a Master’s Degree in
Business Management & Philosophy subsequently spending some years as a Programme Manager at Google.
Andreas blends his extensive knowledge of the music industry with solid business expertise to successfully manoeuvre
artists towards continuing growth and success. - It is this very combination, this mix of passion and expertise, which has built

Benjamin Morgan

With 20 years experience being a driver in the growth of AEG U.S., Benjamin has brought his expertise to SilverMaple to achieve the same. Formerly L.A. based, he relocated to Dublin and enlarged SilverMaple's footprint significantly since.
Scott Byrne
Head of Touring
(Americas)
MIT educated, Scott spent his 'apprentice years' as Tour Manager on large-scale productions such as for U2, Rolling Stones and others in the U.S.
He joined SilverMaple in 2012 and has since made Dublin his home!
Marc Emmerich

Marc worked for Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG) for 15 years leading tour operations in south-east Asia before joining the team in 2017. His practical and calm attitude makes organising and executing a project look effortless.
Caroline Davenport
Artist Liaison
Caroline earned a Master in Marketing & Public Relations before working at Harrods and the BBC as a client / guest liaison manager taking care of individual needs and providing superb customer experiences or attending their requirements and wants in TV productions, respectively. Joined SilverMaple in 2016.

Arguably, the most critical phase of any operation is the initial planning and design phase. Gareth and his team ensure that best care is taken to assemble all the necessary information for planning and execution purposes so subsequent teams can avail of his 'best practice' intelligence to guarantee an 'ahead of the curve' head-start!
